Customer service above and beyond
This item does fair what it says but the exceptional portion of the bargain is that you just get Richie - who makes a difference when your versatile WiFi gadget won’t do what it’s told. In spite of the fact that he has nothing to do with any portable WiFi items, (his company fair offers the information SIM cards,) he’ll get you up and running when your gadget is being ungainly and not interfacing. Grisly brilliant!

Reliable, fast connection, very helpful team
Great service, the sim arrived very quickly which I connected to my mobile wifi router.
The connection is seamless, even better than my previous broadband, very fast and reliable.
The admin team is always available for help when I needed to top up and even gave me extra data when I ran out during my plan!

Best ever great customer service team
Best every mobile sim came just when my network let me down easy to set up website easy to understand the staff are fantastic 100000% top marks my one month contract near to ending but being busy With work missed my date for renewal but was surprised after emailing them to get a phone call and after having a chat on the phone have now extended it to a longer one many many thanks I'm looking forward to many happy months I now wished I new about this years ago would had been handy to have

Makes traveling super easy
Bought two SIM cards for myself and my accomplice some time recently our return to the UK and had them posted abroad to us. Got them enacted from abroad truly effortlessly WITHOUT having to put through to the UK systems (was stressed around this which it might eat through the credit - wasn't an issue!). When we turned them on at Heathrow, they worked impeccably. Had some of questions (my misreading something, not the blame of the item). I exceedingly suggest this and would unquestionably purchase once more in the event that I required to.
