Worked as soon as I landed in London
I purchased a 50 GB Orange Holiday data and phone plan as e-sim. I installed on my I Phone 13 the day I departed the USA. It worked flawlessly in UK , Germany and Austria.

Will buy again
I purchased this e-sim while travelling to Italy, Greece, Spain, and Portugal for 28 days - worked fast and connected easily. I was given the French number where you can send SMS besides having the data plan. One point to consider: a learning curve if you are not familiar with e-sim. It was my first experience using e-sim. So it took me more than 3 hours to figure out how to set up e-sim. I had to email customer service to find out the tricks. The instructions were not clear. Example: the instruction page stated “Registration as required by French law, you will have
to register yourself by sending us a copy of your passport”. I tried to register using the link provided, but it didn’t work. I informed customer service, the agent said I did not need to register. It’s not clear to me if I need to register after 28 days. It should be stated clearly. Overall, I am glad I got the chance to test Orange Company. Will use the e-sim again. Thank you for your great customer service.

Worked great
This was my first time using an esim for travel, and it worked great. Very fast and stable connections across multiple countries in Europe (Netherlands, Germany, and Czech Republic). Will use again!

Easy!
Easy to load and easy to use. Reliable internet and good phone coverage. For some reason the registration of the eSIM took over 14 days but apart from that the service has been great.

eSIM Europe
This is a great product and so easy to use. I downloaded the esim a month before travelling to the UK. On the plane I changed the sim on my phone to the esim and within 10 minutes of landing at Heathrow my phone was up and running on the esim. It has worked without a problem throughout the UK. Highly recommend.

First time using an estimate card. The holiday card was easy to set-up. The card easily connected to all the countries that we visited in Europe.

Do Away with Telco Roaming Packages- Use Orange esim
Performance: Good coverage in the UK and EU. BUT need to restart phone on each new country. Data speed: 5G in cities only. Outside are 4G. Hotspot sharing is OK. Call quality: Good. To receive SMS, provide the esim French number. International calls to outside the UK/EU are a NO-GO. Received SMS that I must register my identity to make international calls. Set-up for pixel 7 pro users:
A. Before trip: A1. Go to settings>> Network and Internet>>SIMs>> Add esim manually by scanning. DO NOT activate the esim.
B. On landing: B1.Toggle orange e-SIM to ON >> Toggle Mobile Data, Roaming to ON. B2. Restart phone. Use the 4-digit pin in the esim email attachment on your phone unlock pin entry screen. DO NOT use your usual phone unlock pin. After that, use your usual phone unlock pin when prompted. B4. Toggle your home telco SIM to OFF to stop roaming charges.

Solid w/ a Quirk
I have bought these eSims for my iPhone 15 Pro Max a couple of times now and each time they are fairly easy to install and use. The service seems good and fast enough wherever I am and Europe. And guess the one quirk with these is that the network connection drops and there is no notification. You simply just stop getting results if you’re searching or whatever you’re doing on the web. The only solution is to stop the eSIM and restart it or restart your phone. So, they are convenient and get the job done but wish they were as reliable as a carrier eSIM.
