The following terms and conditions shall apply to all services rendered by Holiday eSIM in connection with the sales of prepaid sim cards and other products we might offer.

Description of Services

https://holidayesim.com/ sells prepaid sim cards from a range of Mobile Network Operators to consumers and partnered distributors as well as other products as they might be available on our websites. Consumers can purchase their sim cards on https://holidayesim.com/. Our payments are operated by Stripe (https://www.stripe.com/).

Registration to https://uktelecomdistribution.co.uk/

The consumer shall complete a form and accept the general terms and conditions to use Holiday eSIM services. The following details are required:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address (billing address and delivery address must be the same)
• Email address
• Mobile phone number

Holiday eSIM Engagement

We shall use reasonable endeavours to provide customers with a service of quality. However, Holiday eSIM does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, delayed or fault-free.

Customer Engagements

In using the Products or Services provided by Holiday eSIM, the Customer must not engage in any action:

• That is abusive, illegal or fraudulent;
• That causes the Network Operator, Holiday eSIM or its partners to be impaired or damaged;

When Customer is in breach of its obligations under this section, Holiday eSIM may suspend the Customer’s use of the Service. Holiday eSIM will notify Customer as soon as reasonably practicable about the suspension. During any period of suspension, Customer shall continue to pay all Charges due under this Agreement in respect of the suspended Services.

Start, Duration and Termination of the Contract

The service contract between Holiday eSIM and the customer starts upon order confirmation whenever an order is made on our website https://uktelecomdistribution.co.uk/. The contract ends as soon as the customer receives the sim card at the delivery address specified in the order. The Customer is responsible for the activation of the SIM card and for the use of the service as per Mobile Network Operator’s T&Cs.

Charges and Payment

Payment Conditions

Payments are made by credit or debit card. Card transactions will be processed and secured by our online payment provider Stripe (https://stripe.com).

Charges for Use

All Charges are inclusive of TAX, unless specified otherwise. If the customer reasonably and in good faith disputes a charge or part of it, Customer shall notify Holiday eSIM of such dispute within 12 days of payment receipt, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer considers is due. The customer shall not be entitled to set off any of his/her claims against claims of Holiday eSIM, except where the customer’s claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by final court judgment.

Delivery

When ordering on our website, the customer is responsible for ensuring suitability of the delivery method we offer. It is the customer responsibility to make sure that the delivery will be accepted. The delivery address must be the same as the billing address. Any duty or customs charges for deliveries will be settled by the customer.

Refund / Cancellation / Modification Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Customer pays delivery fees/postage for returns. Faulty products must be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days. The refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

Liability and Warranty

Holiday eSIM is not responsible for detriments arising as a result of service disruption or network unavailability. Holiday eSIM provides no guarantee of constant availability of the network service. For any request please contact us via email at [email protected].
