How do I install my eSIM?

There is no physical installation as using an eSIM is a completely virtual experience. To get connected, all you need to do is to scan the QR code you will receive in your email after purchase.

When exactly does my eSIM bundle begin?

Your eSIM mobile data plan begins right after activation. After making the purchase, you have an indefinite amount of time before you must scan the QR code. We recommend planning ahead and getting an eSIM first so you wouldn't have to bother buying it when you're at your destination.

I accidentally activated my eSIM before I got to my destination. Will I use up all the data at home?

Your eSIM bundle will only work in the region it is intended for. You will not be using up any data if you had activated your plan prematurely. However, the days associated with your plan will start to count down like normal.

Can I continue using my regular SIM card while using an eSIM bundle?

Yes. eSIM technology enables you to use more than one number and plan. Please remember to check if your phone is compatible with eSIM.

Does my phone need to be unlocked to use eSIM?

In order to make calls and access mobile data, mobile phones require the services of a carrier. Your phone is able to connect to the carrier's network thanks to the carrier. If your phone is "unlocked," this means that it is able to connect to the network of any provider. Based on how you purchased your phone, especially if you have a device supplied by a telecom provider, you may be unable to use an eSIM.

To quickly find out in devices with IOS 14 and later:

1. Navigate to the Settings Menu on your device.

2. Go to the bottom of the page and select "General."

3. Navigate to "About"

4. Search for "Carrier Lock" or "Network Provider Lock." If you look at the status of your iPhone and it says "No SIM limitations," this indicates that it is unlocked and that you can use an eSIM.
