I was facing the problem in internet as my device was old so I contacted the customer support executive he helped me with some settings in my phone and after that there is not even signal fluctuation

Great Price and Product
This is my third Esim bought for a trip to Portugal. The setup is seem less once you get the hang of it. Phone and SMS in Europe operate well. Data for Google Maps saved the day in the winding streets of Lisbon. Canada phone industry charges usurious roaming charges. This product saved me a lot of money. I never did figure out how to add codes to my contact list so I could phone international to Canada. Customer service did not respond well to this type of enquire, but got back to me in 24 hours for a jammed up service complaint. Overall satisfied.

Excellent in customer service
I had a problem for the internet connection I thought that the esim internet speed is slow so I just called the customer service executive she helped me a lot she helped me with some setting in my phone and the internet was working completely fine.

Orange Holiday Esim
Calls within Europe worked well immediately upon activation in Europe. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for messaging. Did not receive support despite two attempts identifying this problem. Without making any changes to phone settings or doing anything differently the messaging started working on the third day and everything has worked well since.

Holiday Sim
Away in Europe for 7 weeks and have purchased 3 of the Holiday esims and they have been brilliant. Don’t bother trying to register or extend just buy another after they run out, they even give a discount after the first one. If you’re phone takes esim then this is the easy way to go

Works like it says. Just need to beware of your cell settings when checking texts from your primary US line so you don't get charged daily fees from your primary carrier (I.e. Verizon).
